This WP perform the  hematological check up of patients/volunteer for blood donation enrolled by WP1,  blood collection,  platelet reach plasma (PRF) preparation and cryopreservation until used for injection, assignment of the patient to a randomization list, PRF distribution for treatment and proteomic analysis.

It prepares and characterizes concentrated bone marrow  for WP3 and WP4 to be used in clinical and preclinical studies and for cell phenotype definition (WP4). In addition it  prepares platelet concentrate and bone derivatives used respectively by WP3 and WP4 clinical studies. The synergy  and  high degree of interaction with the other WP, will contribute to perform a complete evaluation of both clinical and biological aspects of bone and cell preparations used for clinical trials.
