Ability to use various techniques in vivo and in vitro such as: Perfusions, ELISA, Real Time PCR, Western Blotting, extraction of nucleic acids RNA and DNA, cell cultures.
Thesis Project 2021: Observation of different aspects concerning the transport of monoaminergic neurotransmitters within the BeWo choriocarcinoma-derived cell line, in order to evaluate the reliability of these cell lines for the study of the human placenta.
Partecipation in scientific work: Functional reorganization of monoamine transport systems during villous trophoblast differentiation: evidence of distinct differences between primary human trophoblasts and BeWo cells
