  • Author of more than 40 national and international publications, among which 10 book chapters and 30 papers indexed in MedLine, dealing with sport traumatology and hip and knee arthroplasty surgery (more than 200 citations in Scopus);
  • Reviewer for several international journals, among them The Journal of Arthroplasty.

Orthopaedics and traumatology of the lower limb, with special regards to:
  • hip and knee arthroplasty surgery (primary and revision procedures);
  • reparative and regenerative cartilage procedures.
Scientific interests particularly focused on hip and knee arthroplasty surgery (tribology, biomaterials, implant positioning, periprosthetic infection).
