Clinical and/or Scientific interests

The clinical activity is dedicated to reconstructive microsurgery of the limbs, hand and wrist surgery for both traumatic and degenerative pathologies, with particular attention to the treatment of peripheral
nerve lesions of the limbs. 

Through a combined orthoplastic reconstructive approach we operate in the reconstruction of serious post-oncological and post-infectious losses of substance in the orthopedic field. Treatment of chronic osteomyelitis and septic and aseptic nonunions of the lower and upper
limbs. 

A specific scientific interest is aimed at the development of
vascularized joint transplant surgery.
